Sometimes I buy the ham bits and use it in our stews. Dyosa, you won't regret it. The frozen brazo is... well, it's super sarap :-) Mike, we had a LOT of fun.

For Christmas, I prefer the Majestic Ham . The combination of queso de bola, ham and pan de sal is just divine. It's only once a year. The saltiness is bad for my health. AH I miss brazos de mercedes. My mom used to make it a lot and even sold it through her bakeshop. Maybe I should try that recipe again. I have not tried Santis’ Ham .
